In Thailand, getting work is not a difficult experience. Even though your degree isn’t in Teaching, you’ll still be able to secure employment. Having any bachelor degree is a huge advantage that a TEFL can support. To get work in schools around Thailand you’ll need your University/College degree, transcript/ course achievement summary, all recent training/in-service certificates, instructors/coaching/non classroom related teaching and any other relevant documents that will support you as an educator and communicator. You’ll also need your ID documents such as passport, birth certificate and even driver’s license. All these documents are not always needed but it pays to have them all instead of experiencing delays in processing visas and work permits.
